Why is Process Automation necessary ?
Process Automation is necessary because:
- It is a component of a metadata-driven initiative aimed at transforming OpsRamp into an enterprise platform.
- It facilitates business logic customization, enabling you to configure your own business logic within the platform independently of OpsRamp releases.
- It offers customers a clean and simplified user experience by eliminating cluttered, hardcoded customer logic.
- It supports various OpsRamp automation use cases, including Patching and Runbook Automation (RBA).
- It also lays the groundwork for future Robotic Process Automation capabilities.
